Traditional Hand Painted Renderings from Plans:
The Paglen Studio has streamlined and simplified the art of Architectural Renderings.
The project can be emailed to our office for review. Send a .dwg or .dxf file of the site, floor plan(s) elevation(s) and a general idea of where you would like the view. Choose a style of rendering you would like, and we will email you back a quote for the project.
We will require a retainer so that your project can be placed on the schedule to begin the preliminary layout. The preliminary layout, or perspective, is usually done by computer using a 3D program to assure accuracy. The colors will be random, unless you have a specific request at this time. You will be emailed a .jpg file of the perspective for view approval, and accuracy of the building. When the .jpg file is approved, we will draw the landscaping in by hand. Once this is approved, we will need all colors and material samples to begin the painting. The more information you can give us, the more accurate the rendering will be. When the painting is done, we will send another .jpg file for final approval. When the painting is approved, it will be matted and shipped to your office using FedEx Express Saver.

Perspective Illustration with Marker:
A 3D computer perspective is created, and color is added with markers. The final illustration is done on paper, and will be mounted and matted before shipping.

Stylized freeland line drawing with minimal color:
A loose perspective is created. Scale is not exact. Limited color is added. The final product is a .jpg file that will be emailed to you.

Scheduling:
- Project completion is generally 10-15 business days from perspective approval.
- 1/3 retainer is required to begin a project. All first time orders are C.O.D.
- FedEx Express Saver shipping is included in the price for continental US orders.
- Rush service is available. Call for schedule, availability and price.
